The staff here are superb! Friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. I particularly want to make a special mention for Anne at reception and Delphine in the restaurant, both of whom would go out of their way to help you out, amongst other restaurant staff who worked tirelessly and efficiently. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast has good choice and quality, loved the 'boil your own eggs' station. Dinner was nice from a small menu covering most tastes. They have.a.decent wine menu and beer on draft. Just had a very pleasant stay here and relatively commutable into the city via bus or tram which are circa 10/15 min walk away.

Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful good sized carpark although spaces were small so cars were close together making un packing the car difficult. Rooms were normal hotel size but the family room was larger and good for adding a travel cot . Aircon good quiet rooms.

Quiet, clean, large room. Good to know (not drawbacks per se): - Location is 20-30 min off-center from train station. - Only the manager spoke English. - Front doors are closed at night (phone# provided to be let in).

The meals from the restaurant were very good. Very taste and full of flavor. all the family enjoyed it. The staff was very nice / friendly with special attention to kids needs.

Very helpful staff, as we arrived very late due to flight delay. The facilitate itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was superb.
